When this review is appropriate

This review is typically appropriate when:

  • A tooling or production decision is within 2–6 weeks
  • CAD is largely stable
  • A BOM exists (even if rough)
  • There is a clear decision owner

When it is not appropriate

This review is usually not appropriate when:

  • Concepts are still fluid
  • Manufacturing processes are undefined
  • There is no imminent irreversible decision
  • The goal is additional execution capacity

How engagements are accepted

Requests are reviewed manually.
